According to the National Information Network of Enterprise Bankruptcy Reorganization Cases, Xiamen Intermediate People's Court recently accepted the bankruptcy liquidation of Xiamen Lianchuang Microelectronics Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Xiamen Lianchuang").

Previously, the court found that Xiamen Lianchuang defaulted on the due debt, after enforcement still failed to pay off all debts, obviously lack of solvency, with bankruptcy reasons.

According to public information, Xiamen Lianchuang was founded in December 1999, is the Xiamen Microelectronics Integration Technology Research Center (XMIT) and Xiamen, Xiamen, Xiamen and other leading electronic enterprises jointly created high-tech R & D enterprises, mainly engaged in the design of large-scale integrated circuits and their application of product development, and its products, including the display control chip, cell phone peripheral chips, small home appliances, such as timer control chip.

It is worth noting that Xiamen Lianchuang was one of the first eleven famous IC design enterprises recognized by the country, and was approved by the Ministry of Personnel as a postdoctoral research station, a key growth enterprise supported by the Fujian Provincial Government, and the vice chairman of the Xiamen Software Industry Association.

There are 4 product series and more than 30 kinds of innovative products.

It is reported that Xiamen Lianchuang had the most brilliant time, hit a seven-year cumulative sales of more than 100 million yuan of good results.
